"before you can accomplish it you must expect it from yourself"
Happy Leap Day! One extra day to do whatever you want. And I think there's a calorie waiver in place today.A "brick" is the performance of two activities in a single exercise session, like swimming and running, cycling and running (most common), swimming and cycling, etc. The idea is to prepare the body for a multi-sport event like triathlon, or to simply punish the body more than just doing one thing. After a hard bike ride, it' feels positively unnatural to start running. Nothing moves the way you expect it to. After time, though, it starts to get easier.
HAPPY LEAP YEAR to you too ;D ;D
dang... wish I could find my leap year... sadie Hawkins date night pics from my teens.my idea of "brick," (says the extremely non running Marie) in terms of two activies.. a margharita session followed by a nachos session... or... a wine session followed by a scrapbooking session... do either of these count? heh heh heh..... Marie... aka... well you know..
Happy Leap Year to you!! It really should be a holiday. :-) Thanks for converting the temps on my blog for me. Have a great weekend!!
Happy Leap year! Thanks for visiting my blog. I like yours!
Happy Leap Day/Year. I agree, it should be a bonus day - a day off from work - an extra day to use however you want.
