also make sure you are testing out ur energy drinks and GELS during ur long runs to see what works best for you. Figure 5:30 time u will need about 4 gels (avg is one per hour). This will keep u feeling good & not bonk or cramp at the end.

Thanks soo much Guru Bob, wise words of wisdom for sure...thanks, I will take your advise and try some gels, I'm using Sharkies right now, but I game to try anything once...

Had some tough runs this week due to weather conditions....what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger I hear!
