Thanks Lil for sidebar update on ur Marathon :-) ur 100 days away, PLENTY of time. STAY Focused, don't worry if u miss a day, get back on track & keep ur GOAL in mind! Very Excited to follow ur progress towards ur goal.also make sure you are testing out ur energy drinks and GELS during ur long runs to see what works best for you. Figure 5:30 time u will need about 4 gels (avg is one per hour). This will keep u feeling good & not bonk or cramp at the end.Have a great training week!
