And I think there's a calorie waiver in place today.<BR/><BR/>A "brick" is the performance of two activities in a single exercise session, like swimming and running, cycling and running (most common), swimming and cycling, etc. The idea is to prepare the body for a multi-sport event like triathlon, or to simply punish the body more than just doing one thing. After a hard bike ride, it' feels positively unnatural to start running. Nothing moves the way you expect it to.
