What kind of flowers are those?

This is also one of my favorite time of the year. Changing colors of leaves. Pumpkin. Pumpkin ale. Mums. Scarecrows. Turkey. You name it.

By the way, Did you get the book by Dean Karnazes from Mrs. Shop.Jog.Blog of Michigan yet?

Mums, right?

I can also spot a "Vera Bradley" from 150 yards.

I thank (blame) my wife for both of these abilities.

Have a great day!!!

If you let your eyes go out of focus, it looks like a multicolored pimple.

Blame Nitmos for this. He's been talking about pimples too much on his blog lately...

Can ya tell Ken isn't hip on winter?? :)

I love it-absolutely beautiful. I haven't seen a multi colored mum before.

Beautiful and artistic. By the way we wear the same kind of Saucony!

Lily!

Thanks for the comment on my last post. I will definitely look for you at the Turkey Trot tomorrow. I have no idea what I wil be wearing, other than jeans (since that's all I brought in the way of pants this weekend!), but if it's chilly out I will be wearing an orange fleece jacket. I'm also pretty tall (6'4") so pretty easy to spot in a crowd. I hope we can meet up!

Oh how beautiful!

You can be my roommate if you plant flowers like those!

Happy Thanksgiving, Lily!!!

Lily,

Sorry to have missed you at the Turkey Trot as well. I looked around for anyone with a bell, but I guess we left before you arrived. I'm certain our paths will cross at some point in the near future as I am planning to race a few times next year, and am definitely going to be in Ottawa in May for the big race weekend.

All the best!
