Today's 7K run was really very pretty, "inclement precipitation" was falling, it was soft and fluffy and the world was quiet.
Truthfully, I was a little nervous about how the tweak in my upper leg and right knee would be, but all is well!
Tomorrow, 26K!

I am happy to hear that all seems to be well with your leg. Did you do that bounce test mentioned in yesterdays posting?

Hi Lily
Looking forward to hearing about that long run.. and BTW, is this winter ever going to end??
everyone in Alaska lives in one of those
Pass it on

My irish friend micheal( pronounced mehall, as "i was standing in me hall" as there are so many micheals in his family that they have to ditinguish which one they are talking to)is glad you have given St Patricks a mention.
Yep we have runs on the Island. Will find what's about and who's running and pass on the info. will even try and do some sensible photos of them. that's if they run past the pub though.
