"before you can accomplish it you must expect it from yourself"
Nice Palm Sunday photo and thought.
Excellent quote. I needed to read that today. Thanks, L.
indeed particularly when we remember those who sacrifice their lives... for their faith, for their countries, for their families... A thoughtful post for the day.t
So much said in so few words :-)
So very true! Love the picture.
Happy Sunday girlfriend!
Amen... time to reflect on this one.
The triumphant entry !Thanks for posting!
Just read through your last few posts and wish you a speedy recovery! One of the main reasons I started running was because people kept telling me that I couldn't and shouldn't do it. My take on all this is: You're never to old to live the way you want to, and injuries are just part of the deal that we have to accept and take in stride. All the best!
Seems like an odd emphasis to me... sort of Old Testament ... sort of negative ... or something.Life is full of choices. And after all, what constitutes success? Is the author of this phrase male or female? It would be a sad mistake to assume that sacrifice would guarantee a good outcome. But happy running, anyway.
Oh thanks for your comment!!No wonder the quote had so little joy and grace!
