Just thought I'd share this ...

On a daily basis, I receive an email news letter from TriRudy . This particular paragraph jumped out at me today.

"Every choice moves us closer to or farther away from something. Where are your choices taking your life?

What do your behaviors demonstrate that you are saying yes or no to in life?"

-- Eric Allenbaugh.

(during a race...
you either move close to the finish line
and
away from the start,
it's your choice to start,
Rudy)

Hope to see you on Sunday!!

Race hard, stay strong and leave a lung on the pavement ~ Have a GREAT weekend everyone!! I'll be cheering for you!!

Life's fun if you don't weaken,

Lily

Well I must object. Leaving lungs on the pavement leaves an unsightly mess for those coming after you.
When hoarking up a lung please move to the side and launch it into the bushes or wait till there is a garbage receptacle to place it in.
Your fellow racers will thank you and may even show some concern.

I am SO excited to see that Ottawa Race Weekend is all about. Something tells me it'll easily become an annual tradition.

Thanks for sending along your phone #. Hopefully we can meet up on Sunday!

I can hear your frustration. Guess, you didn't really choose to cheer from the sidelines?

Have a great weekend and you can live the race experience through others, I'll share a race report on my blog if you are interested... And good luck to those that are racing. I'm in the half, bib 7018.

I'm also doing the canadian in September which is in your target races, hopefully you are recovered by then, I'm only doing the sprint ;)
